EHS InternPrimary workplace: Le Noirmont (JU)Secondary workplace: Brügg (BE)Internship duration: 9 monthsGeneral missions:Under the supervision of the EHS Manager, the intern provides support within the EHS department, particularly to the Health and Safety Specialist, and ensures the proper execution of the missions entrusted to them.Main responsibilities and activities:1 - Risk analysis:- Accompany the Health and Safety Specialist in the deployment of workstation risk analysis at both production sites (inventory, methodology, risk assessment, etc.).- Update workstation risk assessments as well as the single risk document.- Propose action plans and ensure their follow-up with managers.2 - Personal Protective Equipment:- Inventory the PPE currently available and used within the workshops.- Evaluate PPE with regard to the various identified risks (notably chemical and mechanical).- Draft a standardized reference catalog of PPE validated within the company.- Update the PPE zoning map of the Le Noirmont site as part of the site expansion project.3 - Chemical risk:- Accompany the Health and Safety Specialist in the deployment of the new QUARKS chemical risk management tool, in collaboration with the project team of the Hermès Group Industrial Department (data migration and formatting).- Ensure compliance: labeling, simplified safety data sheets (SDS), exposure measurement campaigns, etc.4 - Miscellaneous:- Contribute to the creation of prevention tools at the request of the EHS Manager.Profile:- Higher education level such as Master's or engineering school, in progress or completed, with a specialization in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).- Good interpersonal skills, sense of service, and open-mindedness.- Sense of responsibility, listening skills, and ease of communication.- Methodical and proactive.- Ability to work autonomously while integrating effectively into a team. jid766d0a1aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
