Emergency reception between 70% and 90%. La Pouponnière and L'Abri in Lausanne aim to work in favor of children, particularly young children and their families, by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five early childhood centers (CVE), two emergency reception centers, the Mothers-Children Reception (AEME), and the Meeting Space Unit (UPER). To complete our teams at L'Abri and La Pyramide, we are looking for: Missions and Responsibilities - Ensure the protection and well-being of a group of 10 to 12 children, aged 0 to 6 years, placed by the DGEJ or SCTP. - Welcome and support children in their daily lives. - Observe and assess parenting skills; ensure collaboration with parents regarding the daily care of the child. - Observe and assess the development of children and the parent-child dynamic. - Work in collaboration with various partners. Desired Profile - Social diploma, childhood education, other Bachelor’s or Master’s related to the field of activity. - Confirmed and recognized experience working with children and their families. - Ability to work in a team and network in an emergency reception context. - Good personal qualities, autonomy, analytical and synthetical spirit, excellent priority management skills. - Excellent listening skills and leadership capabilities. - Clean criminal record.
