AMIFA, a service at the Vaudois Center for Youth Assistance (CVAJ) in Lausanne. The AMIFA Children's Space is a reception, relay, and resource center for Family Day Care Providers (AMF) in the City of Lausanne, allowing them to pursue continuing education. It is a space that offers collective reception times, and activities for children and adults within its premises or by meeting AMFs in the neighborhoods. This kindergarten-type reception area serves Family Day Care, allowing for the reception of up to 25 children aged 4 months to 12 years. A team composed of 1 EDE and 1 ASE is present from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM to guarantee quality reception for children and ES or HES staff at % (permanent contract) (4 mornings and 2 afternoons).Main missions and responsibilities:- Ensure quality reception for children at the Children's Space, respecting the pedagogical line.- Collaborate on actions carried out with children who attend AMIFA, in accordance with the institutional project.- Welcome children and AMFs, in collaboration with the team and management in a coherent project.- Be a bearer of reflection (pedagogical and institutional) and the implementation of means to guarantee quality care for all children entrusted.- Design and conduct actions aimed at the development of social skills, inclusion, and the maintenance of autonomy for the children received.- Ensure regular contact with AMFs in their neighborhoods in collaboration with the institution's management.- Collaborate with colleagues from the institution, as well as partners in the network to respond to specific tasks.- Develop a reflective posture on one's function, tasks, and role.Profile sought:- Tertiary diploma (ES, HES) or Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in social work, with a specialization in socio-cultural animation or Early Childhood Educator diploma (EJE) or title deemed equivalent by the canton or the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SEFRI).- Experience of at least 5 years with children aged 0 to 12 years in a childcare structure.- Criminal record extract.- Fluent French spoken and written.- Knowledge of Word-Excel-Outlook software.- Flexibility, capacity for discretion, listening skills, sense of responsibility, punctuality, open-mindedness and non-judgment, professional distance.We look forward to receiving your complete application file (cover letter, CV, photo, work certificates, diplomas, and training certificates) by June 26 via email only. jid6263610aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
