This position supports the central Early Career Talent Management Center of Excellence (CoE) in building a sustainable pipeline of early career talent to fuel long-term growth. The role contributes to the execution of global early career frameworks and practices, while collaborating with internal stakeholders across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, and Learning.
Description
As an Early Career Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering impactful talent initiatives and managing operational aspects of early career programs. You will also support employer branding efforts and contribute to global reporting and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage selected Early Career programs at HQ, ensuring consistent application of the full lifecycle experience
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes for short-term internships, aligned with strategic goals
- Support planning and execution of career fairs and virtual recruitment events
- Provide operational guidance to stakeholders, hiring managers, and interns throughout the employee lifecycle
- Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing on branding activities for global Early Career initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional Talent Management projects and global initiatives
- Assist with reporting and tracking of Early Career KPIs
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to campus or early career hiring
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across functions
- Experience in dynamic, matrixed environments with shifting priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute global initiatives
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
