## About Our Client ##

Our client, a renowned Biotech company in the Zug area, is looking for an E2E Supply Planner (a) to join their team becaues of a big implementation project. Start is asap, ideally August, for the next 12 months with extension option. Hybrid work model: 50% Home Office within Switzerland possible.

## Job Description ##

As a Supply Planner you will be supporting end-to-end supply planning for commercial products (FG, DG or DS) by coordinating demand, supply, inventory, product launches, and lifecycle management activities.

Your task areas will be as follows:

* Developing end-to-end supply plans for commercial assets while balancing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity across a complex, multi-layered supply chain.
* Ensuring product availability by monitoring inventory levels, resolving short-term supply issues, identifying supply risks, and supporting **Regulatory CMC variation**
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to support the S&OP process and align supply plans.
* Coordinating product launches and lifecycle management activities while managing multiple stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging Excel and planning systems to analyze data and enhance supply chain processes.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
* 3-6 years experience in **supply planning**, preferably within the **pharmaceutical or biotechnology** industry.
* Experience supporting supply planning activities related to **Regulatory CMC variations** is a strong asset
* Proficiency with various ERPs and planning systems for supply chain management, and especially **proficiency** with **Excel**
* Experience in contributing and navigating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
* Experience in product lifecycle management is an advantage
* Prior experience with regulatory processes within supply chain contexts is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
