Your responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of daily operations and the proper functioning of operational facilities to guarantee optimal passenger flow fluidity and safety
• Be actively present on site and represent Geneva Airport to passengers and partners
• Supervise operationally a team of terminal agents
• Inform, assess and propose solutions to internal and external partners in case of irregularities
• Write operational reports and carry out certain administrative tasks inherent to the service
• Conduct quality control activities
• Provide operational expertise in certain projects related to passenger flow or service activities
• Participate in Geneva Airport operational meetings
• Work irregular hours

You have a secondary education and

• Several years of experience in the airport sector
• Ideally experience in hospitality, catering or reception
• Experience in operational personnel management
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; any other language is an asset
• A strong customer service orientation, good interpersonal skills and excellent presentation
• A keen sense of observation, good analytical skills and a solutions-oriented approach
• Strong writing skills and the ability to lead meetings
• Initiative, dynamism and good stress resistance
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
