Druggist (M/F)

Location: Between Lausanne and Vevey

Your role

As a Druggist, you will carry out laboratory test formulations for clients in your area, working closely with the Formulator/Team Leader. You will ensure the physico-chemical monitoring of formulations and provide structured administrative support to guarantee effective tracking of projects and client requests.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and manufacture products according to client briefs (e.g. reformulation with change of fragrance or active ingredients)
• Develop and produce "advanced and applied" formulations
• Research raw materials according to client briefs (INCI research, documentation, marketing brochures, etc.)
• Organise and manage sample shipments to clients
• Coordinate tests with external laboratories (Challenge test, Patch test, etc.)
• Transfer formulations from DEVEX to COPTIS
• Provide formulation feedback and document tests carried out in the laboratory
• Manage pilot print runs
• Prepare stability reports and monitor product stability
• Order samples from suppliers
• Provide backup for the formulator during their absences (contacts with sales, coordination with other departments according to client requests)

Profile sought

You are a rigorous, service-oriented person capable of managing several requests simultaneously, with strong autonomy and excellent organisational skills.

• Training: Federal VET Diploma as Druggist
• Experience: manufacturing in a drugstore or laboratory preferred
• Tools: proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Coptis are a plus
• Languages: good level of English
• Key skills: organisational skills, priority management, autonomy, flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills: sense of internal/external customer service, good oral and written communication
