As part of its growth, one of our partners, a major player in metal construction, technical facades and building envelopes, is looking for a Draftsman / Project Manager in metal construction to strengthen its team in French-speaking Switzerland.

Project Manager Metal Construction – French-speaking Switzerland (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• Manage locksmithing, framework, metal construction, facades and building envelope projects from design to completion.
• Handle all project phases: technical study, planning, budget, site supervision and client relations.
• Ensure coordination with technical offices, draftsmen, the workshop and assembly teams.
• Prepare tenders, negotiate with suppliers and monitor material orders.
• Be responsible for compliance with costs, deadlines, quality and safety.

Your profile

• Technical training (CFC draftsman-builder in metal, engineer in metal construction or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in project management in locksmithing, facades, cladding, metal framework or building envelope in Switzerland.
• Proficiency in common software (AutoCAD, LogiKal, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).
• Knowledge of Swiss standards in metal construction and building envelope.
• Organisational skills, autonomy, sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills.

A Federal Certificate or Federal Diploma in metal construction is an advantage.
