? WHO ARE WE?HOPTIS is a recognised player in face-to-face fundraising for major NGOs (Amnesty International, UNHCR, SwissAid…). We conduct awareness and field fundraising campaigns throughout French-speaking Switzerland, in direct contact with the public.

? YOUR MISSIONYour role is to meet the general public and invite them to regularly support the NGO you represent — face to face, at the heart of local life.You work as part of a team at information stands set up in busy locations:→ Commercial arteries and busy streets→ Swiss Federal Railways stations→ Post officesWork area: all of French-speaking Switzerland⚠️ Position 80%-100% on-site, mobile, mostly outdoors. ✅ YOUR PROFILE• Excellent spoken French — non-negotiable• Comfortable with strangers, able to capture attention quickly• Dynamic, persevering, resilient to refusals• Sensitive to humanitarian and social causes• Team spirit, willingness to travel• Creative in your approach, confident in arguing your caseNo fundraising experience? No problem, we provide training and support. A cover letter is welcome.
