General Secretary of Judicial Authorities (SGA) Documentary Specialist at 50% (Fixed-term contract until December 31) General Secretary of Judicial Authorities (SGAJ) The primary mission of judicial authorities is to apply the law and render civil and criminal justice independently and impartially, with dignity, rigor, and diligence. They represent the third power (the judiciary) alongside the legislative power (Grand Council) and the executive power (Council). The judicial authorities intend to equip themselves with a records management system to efficiently organize all documents or data they need to carry out and justify their activities, with multiple objectives of compliance with legal requirements, traceability, integrity, security, and sustainability. In general, you play a central role in the judicial authorities. Your mission is to provide support and expertise to governance bodies and conduct X of the authorities’ missions. As a documentary specialist for the judicial authorities, you are responsible for managing an effective control of documents. You oversee each step, from the creation to the archiving of documents, as well as the methods related to their mission, which consists of assisting the professions in identifying, classifying, storing, and preserving documents with legal value, as well as preparing for their transfer and disposal. In this context, you ensure the implementation and management of institutional archiving within the judicial authorities. You are also in charge of developing and deploying the institutional archiving policy and drafting any necessary documents regarding this. As a privileged interlocutor, you provide answers, both internally and externally, to all questions related to classification rules and procedures. In the framework of the federal Justitia project of the Swiss Justice, you participate in discussions on the introduction of electronic document management and the transition to digital judicial files, ensuring that ultimately X of archiving encompasses these specifications. Profile: Holder of a bachelor's degree in documentary specialized studies, a master's degree in information science, or an equivalent title, you have at least 2 years of experience in institutional archiving and records management, preferably in a related or useful field. Knowledge of the ArchiClass software is essential, as is a comprehensive understanding of the judicial domain and applicable archiving rules. This position requires a good command of the French language, particularly in writing. Recognized for your loyalty and discretion, you are strongly aligned with the values of public service. With an analytical and synthetic capacity, you have a sense of responsibility and know how to work autonomously while respecting the given directives.
