As part of this role, you will be involved at the heart of the development and evolution of high value-added watch components. You will participate in the creation and technical adaptation of models, ensuring a high level of quality, precision and reliability within a confidential environment.

WATCHMAKER PROTOTYPIST

Responsibilities

• Carry out the assembly, adjustment and fine-tuning of watch components in a context of development and technical adaptation.
• Work on product evolutions by providing technical solutions adapted to aesthetic and functional constraints.
• Collaborate closely with the technical office and creative teams to translate intentions into concrete watchmaking solutions.
• Be a key technical contact in exchanges with profiles highly sensitive to design and conception.
• Perform retouching, adjustments and finishing of components with a high level of demand.
• Participate in testing, validation and continuous improvement phases.
• Identify technical issues and propose optimisation avenues.
• Ensure technical and aesthetic controls of the completed parts.

Profile

• Watchmaker CFC or equivalent training.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in movement assembly, ideally in demanding environments.
• Excellent mastery of assembly, adjustments and fine tuning.
• Strong technical sensitivity and good understanding of aesthetic challenges.
• Ability to interact with a variety of interlocutors (technical and creative).
• Rigour, autonomy and attention to detail.
• Analytical mind, discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a confidential environment.
