We are looking for a passionate watchmaker to join an exceptional House and contribute to the complete assembly of timepieces of various calibres, respecting the highest standards of quality and precision, including those of the Geneva Seal.

Watchmaker [M/F/X]

Responsibilities

Your expertise and exacting standards will ensure the reliability, beauty and perfection of every piece leaving your bench.

• Movement assembly: preparation and mounting of the barrel, winding mechanism, gear train, bridges and timing, lubrication and full function checks.
• Precision adjustment: spiral adjustment (concentric curve, spacing, flatness and centring), starting the movement, checking the rate and amplitude, corrections and fine adjustments within established tolerances.
• Casing and finishing: fitting the dial and hands, aesthetic control, function checks and waterproofing to ensure impeccable quality.

Profile

• Certified watchmaking diploma (CFC, AFP) or at least 2 years’ experience in assembly, adjustment and casing.
• Remarkable dexterity, keen eye for detail and unwavering rigour.
• Comfortable with self-control and correction techniques.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team, with the same respect for time and quality.
