For our site in Domdidier, which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for a
Team Mechanic-Setter 100% (m/f)
The Stamping department has more than 50 employees, including 15 team mechanic-setters and 24 automated machine operators. You will work on high-precision equipment as well as stamping and assembly lines.This position requires strong autonomy and technical expertise to ensure quality and continuity of production on automated lines.
What does the job involve?
- Adjust, troubleshoot and ensure the proper functioning of stamping presses and production/assembly lines
- Participate in machine maintenance and commissioning of new equipment
- Monitor production, enter data and document interventions
- Manage spare parts movements and participate in inventory
- Work closely with operators to ensure the performance of automated lines
- Contribute to continuous improvement actions
What do we expect from you?
- Federal VET diploma in mechanics or similar training with 2 to 3 years’ experience in industry
- Basic knowledge in mechanics and electricity, good knowledge in automation and solid knowledge in pneumatics
- Very good skills in adjustments, diagnostics and maintenance on automated lines
- Knowledge of the French language
- Solution-oriented, team player and stress-resistant
- Willingness to improve
- Open to working in 2x8 team shifts
