Your mission

• Team leader according to planning
• Ensure customer satisfaction and sales standards in our stores
• Support in staff planning, personnel management and store organisation

Your profile

• Professional experience in sales or a similar field
• Ideally, completed vocational training in retail
• Flexibility regarding working hours (Monday to Saturday between 5:00 and 22:00; morning and/or evening shifts of about 9 hours each)
• Communication skills and enjoyment of human contact
• High motivation, flexibility and stress resistance
• Good knowledge of French, written and spoken
