Do you enjoy structuring, securing and giving meaning to technical data?
As Team Leader Planning and CMMS Support, you play a key role in maintenance planning, managing work order flows and supporting technical teams, while ensuring the quality and reliability of data.
Your tasks:
- Ensure the flow of planned work orders (WT PPM) in the CMMS (Planning, assignment, transfer)
- Organise and monitor the activities of Maintenance Experts in the Western region
- Secure the inventories of technical installations in the CMMS
- Establish regular quality checks in technical databases
- Ensure the application of ISS standards and data-related missions
- Maintain and manage documentation and IT work tools
- Support operational teams regarding technical data
- Consolidate and improve reporting tools and be able to create them on request
- Provide first-level support on the Work Order management application
- Participate in cross-functional projects in the field of technical data management
Your profile:
- Training in a technical/IT field (CFC or equivalent)
- Operational experience in building technical management
- Specialised knowledge in a CMMS
- Experience managing a team of maintenance planners
- Fluent French, technical English/German (an asset)
- Proficient with the Office suite
- Sense of priorities and excellent organisation
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset
- Communicative personality, sociable
- Capable of mobilising and engaging
