Your future responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the recruitment of candidates, tenders and compliance with the recruitment budget.
  • You will manage a team of recruiters.
  • You will supervise the selection process, from evaluation to hiring of the potential employee.
  • You will be in charge of a client portfolio and tasked with retaining and developing it.
  • You will need to supervise your clients' projects, meet deadlines and communicate needs internally.
  • You will participate in various events and trade shows to develop and strengthen your network.
  • You are a guarantor of compliance with working conditions, standards and laws.
  • You will be an available, flexible and committed contact person.
  • You will be an ambassador for our company, its values and principles.
  • You will report directly to the Agency Manager.
  • You may participate in company steering meetings as a guest.

Your profile:

  • You have real skills in management, recruitment, consulting and negotiation.
  • You have experience in recruitment professions.
  • You have experience in the watchmaking & jewellery sector.
  • You know the specificities of the regional employment market.
  • Whether you are university-educated or self-taught, we are looking for passionate talents.
  • You develop your performance in a team spirit.
  • You have excellent command of French with very good writing skills.
  • You speak one or more foreign languages fluently.
  • You have a good knowledge of common IT tools.
  • You have real interpersonal skills (availability, rigour, relational skills, charisma ...).
  • You are a trustworthy person.
  • You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
