For this important next step, we are looking for a committed, strong leadership personality who will actively shape the establishment and further development at the new location. What you will achieve

• You lead and motivate a team of 5 to 10 employees in daily production.
• You ensure an efficient, safe and high-quality production process.
• You monitor production processes and parameters and initiate the appropriate measures if necessary.
• You ensure that hygiene, quality and safety standards are consistently adhered to.
• You support with production problems and help find sustainable solutions.
• You reliably implement production plans together with your team.
• You work closely with other departments and actively contribute your technical understanding in daily operations.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: ideally as a food technologist, cook, butcher or in a comparable area.
• Professional experience: You have experience in food production. You already have leadership experience or the potential to successfully lead a team.
• You are well acquainted with production processes as well as hygiene, quality and safety standards.
• You approach problems in a structured way and find pragmatic solutions.
• You are a team-oriented, empathetic and highly organised personality with a hands-on mentality.
• Ideally, you are familiar with Lean Management, Shopfloor Management as well as modern IT applications or ERP systems.
• German (C1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
