As Team Leader Automation-Electrics, you take responsibility for your team, promote its development, and ensure a stable, safe, and efficient operation.

What you achieve

• You take on the professional and personnel leadership of the team in the area of electrics and automation and support the further development of employees.
• You ensure a stable, safe, and efficient operation of the electrical systems and control systems.
• You analyse and resolve faults in production systems and support maintenance with complex electrical and control engineering issues.
• You actively participate in the setup, commissioning, and optimisation of systems and technical systems at the new production site.
• You accompany interface, functional, performance, and acceptance tests and contribute to ensuring system availability.
• You support the creation of maintenance, servicing, and optimisation strategies and implement them effectively.
• You adapt control programmes as needed, optimise them, and ensure proper documentation and version control.
• Together with your team, you ensure reliable technical operation and bring your expertise in both electrical and automation engineering topics.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: and sound knowledge in electrics, PLC technology, automation, and control systems.
• Professional experience: You bring practical experience in an industrial environment, ideally in automation technology and preferably also in a leadership role. You can confidently assess and handle both electrical and control engineering issues.
• You are familiar with common automation environments such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell, or Beckhoff.
• You have knowledge of industrial communication, such as Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, or OPC UA.
• You impress with communication skills, assertiveness, team orientation, as well as an independent and reliable working style.
