What you achieve

• Ensuring the high technical availability of all building services systems
• Carrying out periodic maintenance work
• Troubleshooting and resolving faults
• Analysing system faults and implementing optimisation measures
• Maintenance work on buildings and infrastructure
• Inspection and repair of safety devices
• On-call duty

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Electrician or automation technician with authorisation according to Art. 13 NIV
• Professional experience: Experience in maintenance
• Very good knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
• Precise and independent working style
• Team-oriented and reliable personality
• Professional experience in maintenance is desirable
• German (C1)
