- You have completed banking training as well as further education in banking or finance.
- You have several years of experience in the banking sector and have many years of proven knowledge in lending.
- You have a pronounced customer- and sales-oriented way of thinking and acting.
- You have a likeable and winning manner as well as good communication skills.
- You are a team player and act entrepreneurially.
- You are a solution-oriented personality and think in a networked way.
