This position is to be filled in Morges.
Your mission
In multi-projects lasting from a few days to several months, alone or in a team:- You design and implement K2 solutions at our clients, in stimulating environments. You fully exploit the platform’s capabilities to provide professional and innovative solutions
- You act as a specialist in M365 collaborative tools with our clients and advise them on the implementation of their solution
- You support our clients in choosing and adopting Microsoft and Nintex solutions. You enlighten them on technical aspects and governance
- You help our clients specify their needs in process automation or digitalisation
- You lead workshops, gather requirements, and have the ability to work in a team and delegate to implement solutions
- You participate in pre-sales, in designing offers and drafting commercial proposals, and contribute to innovation within the team
- Within the Morges branch, you operate throughout the French-speaking region of Switzerland
Your profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on the K2 Five engine and later versions, as well as on Microsoft SQL Server, and ideally as many years of experience on M365
- Proven experience in implementing collaboration, document management, or intranet solutions, with SharePoint Online/On-Premises and Microsoft Teams
- Proven skills in web design (UX/UI, JavaScript, CSS) to create convincing interfaces in K2
- Experience with Power Automate and PowerApps, especially in relation to SharePoint and Teams, is an asset
- Business analyst skills, strong customer service and consulting sense, natural eloquence, interpersonal ease, and ability to lead and communicate effectively
- Fluent French, C1 English
- Positive attitude, open to change and novelty, solution- and quality-oriented. Team spirit and ability to delegate and share knowledge
