Security Architect (f/m/d)

For one of our public sector clients in Geneva, we are looking for a Security Architect (f/m/d) responsible for designing, evolving, and validating security architectures for complex technological environments, supporting project teams from the design phase onwards.
Your mission
- Design security services and architectures compliant with standards (ISO 27001/27002, NIST, CIS, OWASP) and expected service levels, particularly for Cloud and hybrid environments.
- Support architects and technical teams in integrating application security requirements (AppSec / DevSecOps) for applications, infrastructures, and services throughout the lifecycle.
- Define, document, and disseminate implementation requirements and patterns (guides, checklists, workshops), providing operational implementation examples.
- Validate architectures of new solutions and evolutions, identify gaps, assess risks, and propose alternatives or corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to manage risks and optimise security while considering operational constraints (resilience, operations, maintenance).
Your profile
- University Bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma (or equivalent training).
- Proven experience in security architecture / information systems security in a complex environment, with strong autonomy and decision-making ability.
- Mastery of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001/27002, NIST, CIS, OWASP) and expertise in Cloud and hybrid architectures.
- Excellent skills in AppSec / DevSecOps and advanced knowledge of security technologies (WAF, XDR, IAM, PAM, PKI, cryptography, microsegmentation).
- Excellent personal qualities: absolute integrity and confidentiality, rigour, pragmatism, stress resistance, conflict management, team spirit, and very good writing skills.
