Scientific Officer in Vocational Education and Training 80%Movetia is the agency for exchange and mobility. Then your profile is of interest to us.Tasks- You are part of the vocational education and training team and contribute to the implementation and quality of mobility and cooperation projects supported by Movetia. The focus is on consulting, project processing, final reports, as well as reliable digital project management.- You advise vocational schools, companies, and other actors in vocational education and training on the planning and implementation of their mobility projects, particularly in view of the future transition to Erasmus+.- You examine and evaluate project applications according to formal, qualitative, and financial criteria, and you process final reports to ensure the quality of projects.- You accompany projects throughout their duration and support project leaders with questions related to funding conditions, project implementation, and project closure.- You participate in the preparation, publication, and monitoring of calls for projects and calls for proposals in the field of mobility and ensure rigorous digital project management, correct data maintenance, and clear and traceable documentation.- You contribute to the development of templates, checklists, consulting tools, and internal working instruments, also in the context of the introduction of Erasmus+, and participate in the preparation of analyses, syntheses, and reports on mobility.- You take part in meetings, webinars, and promotional measures in the field of vocational education and training.Profile- University-level education, ideally a bachelor's or master's degree, for example in educational sciences, social sciences, or a related field.- Professional experience in project processing, vocational education and training, or public administration is an asset. Candidates at the beginning of their career with relevant studies are also welcome.- Interest in vocational education and training, lifelong learning, exchanges, and mobility.- Interest in the Swiss education landscape as well as European education programs, particularly Erasmus+.- Aptitude for rigorous, structured work and clear and traceable documentation, including within the framework of digital processes and the use of Office tools.- Ability to work autonomously, reliably, and precisely, with a sense of priorities even when multiple files are in progress.- Ease in communication and a service-oriented mindset with internal and external partners.- Very good knowledge of French and another national language.
