  • Conduct the annual survey of structural data from medical practices and outpatient centres
  • Lead the operational team in terms of profession and organisation
  • Plan and organise support, ensure its quality and associated processes
  • Ensure communication and documentation related to the survey process in French, German and Italian
  • Integrate professional, technical and organisational innovations into the survey implementation

What makes you unique

  • Degree from a university of applied sciences, preferably in communication, political science or social sciences, as well as several years of professional experience in a multilingual environment
  • Good communication, organisation and planning skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and its actors, or strong motivation to acquire it
  • Very good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third
  • Interest in leading an interdisciplinary team and establishing an open corporate culture
