Scheduling & Planning Manager (m,f,d) - 3 months
Our client is an international industrial company specialised in high-precision technical parts, operating in a demanding environment focused on small series.
Responsibilities
- Take over and manage the master production schedule ensuring continuity of operations
- Analyse loads/capacities and adjust planning according to on-site constraints
- Manage production priorities in a highly variable environment with many exceptions
- Coordinate flows with production teams and subcontractors
- Ensure consistency of planning data in the ERP
- Monitor progress of manufacturing orders and secure deadline compliance
- Identify bottlenecks and propose quick optimisation solutions
- Work closely with operations and supply chain teams
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in industrial planning / scheduling
- Ability to operate in a complex environment with many constraints
- Strong agility and adaptability
- Good command of ERP tools (non-standard environment appreciated)
- Experience in small series production or technical industries (watchmaking, precision mechanics, etc.)
- Good analytical skills and sense of priorities
- Ability to be quickly operational and autonomous
