To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Room Service Supervisor (M/F)
Responsibilities
- You assist the Room Service Manager in the daily supervision of room service, from breakfast to dinner.
- You participate in managing setup, order follow-up and ensuring quality standards are met.
- You provide a warm and high-end welcome to all our guests, with particular attention to regulars and VIPs.
- You collaborate on the administrative management of the department and team scheduling.
- You participate in recruiting, training and supervising Room Service staff.
Profile sought
- You hold a diploma in hotel and catering management (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent).
- You have significant prior experience in room service or catering within a high-end hotel.
- You are fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
- You are comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Micros).
- You are organised, dynamic, with excellent attention to detail and a strong team spirit.
- Elegant and professional by nature, you are ready for the Palace experience.
