To complete the kitchen team of an establishment in the Jura, we are looking for a:

Restaurant Manager / Head Chef at 100%

You will hold a position of responsibility offering varied tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant independently while benefiting from the tools and support of a large group.

You will ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunch services, as well as the distribution of meals. You will design and plan varied and balanced menus. During events within the establishment, you will ensure the smooth running of the service.

Accompanied by our dieticians, you guarantee quality and customer satisfaction, in strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, while managing budgets, inventories and orders.

Finally, you are responsible for organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, equipment and materials in accordance with the cleaning plan.

• You have proven experience in traditional and collective catering.
• You have a true team spirit, constant motivation and a strong taste for challenges.
• Creative and innovative, you offer gourmet and original culinary services to energise the offer.
• Proactive, rigorous and with excellent organisational skills.
• Fluency in French is required.
• CFC cook qualification or equivalent title required.

• Continuous hours from Monday to Friday.
