Our client is a well-established Wealth & Asset Manager in Switzerland and across other international financial centres.

Responsibilities

• Integration within the new Geneva office;
• Development of the brand in the local market;
• Development and management of their portfolio of private HNWI / UHNWI clients;
• Preparation of client and prospect visits;
• Conducting client and prospect meetings by phone, videoconference and face to face;
• Liaison with the group’s various custodian banks;
• Opening and closing of bank accounts and management mandates;
• Advisory & discretionary mandates;
• Execution of stock market orders;
• Proposals of internal and external investment funds;
• Follow-up of their clients and prospects;
• Client and management reporting;
• Liaison with other departments of the company in Switzerland and internationally;
• Participation in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Banking education;
• Significant similar experience as a Wealth Manager and/or Private Banker within an asset management company, family office or private bank in Switzerland;
• Portfolio of HNWI / UHNWI clients / prospects required (from 30 - 40 million CHF AUM);
• Strong interest in financial markets and financial instruments;
• Good command of MS Office Suite and banking software;
• Commercial flair, entrepreneurial spirit, client-oriented & autonomous;
• Sense of confidentiality.
