Job Description

• Ensure a welcoming and efficient reception.
• Prepare patient files for admission and computer registration.
• Accompany patients to their rooms and inform them about the operation of non-medical devices.
• Handle payments and manage the cash register.
• Manage the telephone switchboard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, in the hotel or medical sector.
• Native French and/or English speaker with excellent command of the other language.
• Comfortable with IT tools.
• Strong sense of hospitality and communication.
• Excellent presentation.
