To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Reception Ambassador Spa Guerlain Internship under CCNT Agreement
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, provide information, guide and direct them within the SPA
- Respond to client enquiries regarding SPA products, services, events, pricing, etc.
- Manage calls and appointments for treatments by phone
- Conduct SPA tours
- Ensure the premises are well maintained
- Carry out inventories and statistical reports
Profile sought
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Internet software
- Good knowledge of French / English
- Genuine interest in Wellness, beauty and luxury
- Excellent presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
