What you accomplish
- Team coordination: link between stakeholders, monitoring progress and smooth flow of information to support natural and constructive collaboration.
- Project monitoring: updating indicators, analysing progress and sharing key elements to provide an overall vision and facilitate decisions.
- Administrative management: drafting minutes, formatting documents and managing emails shape the daily routine. Files are organised clearly to ensure easy access to useful information.
- Planning and organisation: coordinating schedules, preparing meetings and contributing to minutes to support effective and pleasant exchanges.
- Project organisation: receiving requests, assisting with prioritisation and monitoring alignment with objectives to reinforce a clear and adaptable working framework.
- Continuous improvement: observing practices, proposing simple ideas and supporting their implementation to evolve methods with common sense.
What you bring
- Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, UAS, ES)
- Specialisation:
- Professional experience: 2-5 years of experience in a role involving project coordination.
- Organisation and structure: a taste for clarity, prioritisation and method. Managing several topics is done rigorously, while remaining comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Interpersonal skills and collaboration: ease in exchanges, natural listening and contribution to a positive atmosphere. Connections are easily made and foster teamwork.
- Finesse and relational intelligence: understanding situations, adapting the approach and ability to express ideas tactfully. Exchanges remain balanced and constructive.
- French (B2)
