Real Estate Accounting Assistant - Fixed-term contract until 31.12.2026
Your tasks
- Checking the coding of creditor invoices, VAT compliance
- Entering creditor invoices within payment deadlines
- Administrative and organisational support for a Real Estate Accountant
- Organisation of accounting files and archives (digital)
- Filing and archiving within the prescribed deadlines (digital)
- Preparation of accounting documents during mandate takeovers and losses
- Reconciliation of tenant accounts
- Verification of supporting documents for periodic management statements as well as ancillary cost statements
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge and practical experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in French (spoken/written), knowledge of German is an advantage
- Enjoy working with numbers and IT tools
- Competent, customer-oriented, partnership-minded and results-driven
- Independent, reliable, accurate working style, stress-resistant
