We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Supply Planner, to strengthen their department for a 6-month assignment.Our client operates in a technical industrial environment, on high value-added projects, with a structured organization and significant stakes in terms of flow reliability and deadline compliance.Within the team, you will ensure the management of supplies for a defined scope of suppliers and products. Your mission consists of guaranteeing the availability of components on time while ensuring rigorous monitoring of orders and associated flows. You will work in close liaison with internal teams (production, logistics), with particular attention to data quality and process reliability.Daily tasks:- You analyze and utilize requirements from the MRP system, ensuring their consistency and relevance.- You launch calls for tenders for simple purchases and ensure the placement of orders with suppliers.- You take charge of the entire monitoring of subcontracting orders: creation of orders, data entry in the ERP, management of acknowledgments of receipt, monitoring of pricing conditions, and follow-up with suppliers in case of delays.- You follow the supply process through to delivery, guaranteeing the proper execution of orders and the updating of information in the systems.- You also intervene in the management of internal requests, with a constant concern for rigor and quality.Profile:- You hold a commercial vocational training certificate or equivalent, ideally supplemented by training in purchasing.- You have confirmed experience in a similar role, acquired in an industrial environment.- You master standard tools as well as an ERP, and you are comfortable with flows related to supply chain.- You distinguish yourself by your rigor, your analytical capacity, and your sense of organization.- You are capable of working autonomously while integrating into a team. jidd9a3289aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
