- Have an excellent sense of detail and observation (cases, straps, dials, ...)
- Are rigorous, methodical and very meticulous.
- Have a good ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks.
- Appreciate teamwork and adherence to procedures.
- Are organised, reliable and flexible with working hours.
- Carry out assembly and quality control operations on technical and precision components.
- Check the conformity of parts according to defined aesthetic and technical criteria.
- Identify and report any non-conformities.
- Respect assembly, quality procedures as well as current production standards.
