• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Polymachinist, machining option, or equivalent qualification = essential
• Proven experience in CNC machining = essential
• Good skills in CAM programming; knowledge of Mastercam = an advantage
• Natural leadership, organisational skills and strong results orientation
• Ability to motivate, structure and develop a team
• Experience in team management = a plus
• Comfortable with common IT tools, especially Windows
• Committed, reliable, communicative person comfortable in a role that is both technical and managerial

Reporting to the manufacturing department, you take operational and human responsibility for a team of around 10 Polymachinists. As a true field relay, you organise daily activities, supervise employees and actively participate in production, programming and technical support to ensure quality, deadlines, productivity and safety.

Shift hours 2x8 from Monday to Friday (5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm)


Main responsibilities:

• Supervise, support and develop employees’ skills: coaching, versatility, evaluations and training
• Organise the team’s daily activities according to planning priorities and production objectives
• Monitor individual and collective performance in terms of quality, deadlines and productivity
• Promote a positive, collaborative and solution-oriented team climate
• Ensure compliance with internal rules, safety standards and the 5S charter
• Produce mechanical parts on CNC milling and turning machines
• Program parts using CAM software (ideally Mastercam)
• Ensure respect of deadlines, quality requirements and production standards
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes
