Main responsibilities:

• Supervise the reception, storage, preparation and manufacturing of components
• Manage internal flows between production workshops and services
• Oversee shipments of finished products
• Establish and monitor logistics schedules in connection with production planning and supplies
• Anticipate logistics needs according to activity variations
• Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality departments
• Implement and monitor logistics performance indicators (deadlines, costs, stock reliability, error rates...)
• Identify continuous improvement areas and optimise internal flows
• Lead, motivate and develop the skills of the logistics team
