In the Lead Generation department, you are responsible as a sales assistant for initiating the acquisition process by contacting our potential customers by phone for outbound cold calls. With your strong self-management, you apply all your skills to build a positive relationship.

Another key element of your role is to ensure data quality. For this, you are responsible for data entry in our database.

Work location: Biel (or Zurich)

Your tasks

  • Outbound calls for campaigns (80% of working hours)
  • Searching for company profiles and contacts in our CRM database as well as on other online channels
  • Daily support of potential customers
  • Outgoing quality calls for customer acquisition
  • Regular updates, optimisations and quality checks of CRM data
  • Quality inputs for campaign targeting
  • Collecting new qualitative data
  • Participation in marketing events, trade fairs and promotions (10% of working hours)
  • Inputs for marketing mix ideas

WiredMinds

  • Database tasks, updating data in the Pamela system (10% of working hours)
  • Daily processing of leads from our web-to-lead tool and implementation of leads into the CRM (tbd)
  • Scheduling and coordinating business appointments for our direct sales staff

We are looking for

  • A trustworthy and professional personality with curiosity and innovative ideas
  • Extensive knowledge of outbound cold calling with lots of experience with medium-sized business customers
  • Good knowledge of B2B sales organisations and processes
  • Experience in handling a B2B CRM tool
  • Strong skills in building stable, long-term relationships as well as excellent telephone results
  • Excellent language skills in German (spoken and written), good knowledge of English for communication with the team, and French is an advantage
  • High independence in handling CRM tools and telemarketing files
  • Excellent writing skills (email)
  • Accurate data management
