Railway EngineerActive in public and private transport (rail and road), Transports de Martigny et Régions is advertising the following position:Railway EngineerYour missions- Ensure the availability and reliability of standard-gauge passenger fleets while respecting the financial framework imposed by the company plan as well as safety and quality criteria for customers- Propose improvements within the framework of maintenance plans and vehicle technology- Prepare and coordinate technical audits (supervisory bodies) and customer audits- Develop, update, and disseminate maintenance procedures and ensure monitoring to ensure the compliance of our activities- Collaborate with other railway companies operating and maintaining vehicles in municipalities- Draft technical specifications for the acquisition of new vehicles, components, or maintenance- Negotiate technical aspects related to commercial offers with suppliersYour profile- Hold a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent (HES, EPF)- Good communication and teamwork skills as well as rigor, sense of responsibility, and precision in monitoring interventions- Ability to manage stress and make decisions autonomously- Proficiency with IT tools- Comfortable interacting with customers/partners in German.
