Your mission

You are the privileged contact for our clients throughout their Odoo journey.

Your responsibilities

Before the project

• Understand the strategic and operational challenges of clients.
• Identify digitalisation opportunities.
• Lead discovery workshops.
• Conduct Odoo demonstrations tailored to business needs.
• Participate in the construction of offers and value propositions.

During implementation

• Manage Odoo projects from end to end.
• Analyse and model business processes.
• Configure and set up Odoo applications.
• Translate functional needs into specifications for technical teams.
• Train key users and operational teams to ensure effective adoption of Odoo.
• Prepare and lead training sessions, user materials and functional guides.
• Ensure coordination between clients, consultants and developers.
• Guarantee respect for objectives, budget and deadlines.
• Support users in adopting the solution.

After go-live

• Provide level 1 and 2 functional support on deployed Odoo applications.
• Support users in the ongoing mastery of the solution.
• Advise clients on the evolution of their Odoo environment.
• Identify new improvement levers.
• Develop lasting and trusting relationships.
• Contribute to enriching our methodologies and best practices.

You support clients across a wide range of business processes, from finance to operations, including human resources, sales and production.

Your profile

• Significant experience in Odoo integration, consulting or project management is essential
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Experience in leading workshops and change management
• Ability to communicate with general management, business managers and users
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Pragmatic, autonomous and results-oriented approach
• Odoo certification or significant experience on the platform is a major asset
• Fluent French; English and/or German are a plus.
