Mandated by one of our clients active in the field of electricity and recognised for the quality of its services, PROMAN Neuchâtel is looking for a motivated, versatile Site Manager ready to take on a new challenge in the Fribourg region for a 16-month fixed-term contract!
Site Manager in Electrical Installation (M/F) Fixed-term Contract 16 months
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician or equivalent training
- Proven experience in managing electrical sites
- Comfortable with IT tools, autonomous site management
- Strong technical skills and planning sense
- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Driving licence B essential
- Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented person
- Ideal position for recent graduates with the federal project manager certificate
- Manage and monitor electrical installation works on site
- Supervise, coordinate and motivate a team of electrical fitters
- Ensure planning, organisation and technical management of sites
- Guarantee quality, safety and respect of deadlines
- Participate in site meetings and ensure communication with the client and management
- Read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
- Propose technical solutions and contribute to project optimisation
