• You have a training as a civil engineering engineer or architect as well as several years of experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland in General Contracting.
• You are open-minded, client and service-oriented, innovative and able to work independently as well as in a team
• You are comfortable with interpersonal relationships
• You know the canton of Vaud
• Your mother tongue is French

In close connection with Management, here are your tasks: Senior Project Manager (Vaud)

• You manage the overall planning of one or more projects
• You participate in meetings with the Clients, certain representatives and the authorities
• You support your teams and manage the analysis and comparison of bids
• The progress of the site, compliance with schedules and quality are your responsibility
• You are responsible for the project finances (budget, payments, etc.) as well as the final accounts
• A certain part of site management is within your scope of action
• The handover of the building as well as warranty work are your responsibility
• You organise and manage the internal team of site managers and one or one project assistant
• The application of safety obligations on sites as well as QSE rules are part of your tasks
• You ensure the proper application of internal procedures and compliance with standards
