Your tasks

• Participate in the creation and lead our new Marly site, including supervising, developing, and supporting a team of 3 to 4 employees, as well as establishing the structures, processes, and organisation of the site
• Independently manage and monitor client projects from planning to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and profitability requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
• Take responsibility for offers, interim and final situations, as well as resource, team, and project planning
• Ensure achievement of targets regarding turnover, billing, liquidity, and reporting within the set deadlines

Your profile

• Completed initial training as a certified electrician installer (CFC) and further training as a project manager in installation and safety with a federal certificate, or willingness to undertake this training.

• Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the electrical field, with corresponding leadership responsibility.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented working method, combined with a high level of quality standards and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in German or French, both spoken and written, and the ability to communicate orally in the other language is required.
