For a human-scale department, specialised in automatic extinguishing systems and smoke and heat exhaust vents (RWA), we are looking for a project manager with a practical and organisational focus.
100% - St-Aubin (FR) and/or Lyss
Tasks
- Coordination and monitoring of technical projects (planning, organisation, follow-up)
- Planning and support of field service teams
- Monitoring maintenance interventions and after-sales service
- Checking reports and ensuring smooth progress of work
- Regular contact with clients and on-site follow-up
- Close collaboration with other internal departments
Requirements
- Technical or commercial training (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent)
- Experience in project coordination, technical service or after-sales service
- Specific knowledge of the field is not essential: internal training is provided
- Structured, reliable, pragmatic person with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable with a small team and concrete responsibilities
- French is essential; German is appreciated but not mandatory
