Your contribution to the company
- You have technical responsibility for LPP matters in the General Agency
- You follow up and develop (acquire) the existing Large Enterprise client base
- You support the General Agent and Client Advisors in market exploitation
- You provide technical and administrative support to the General Agent and Client Advisors
- You prepare and conduct client information sessions
- You participate in the training of internal and external staff
- You collaborate on business development projects
- You carry out administrative activities related to your position, supported by AXA and modern monitoring tools
- As a member of the General Agency management, you participate in management meetings and in implementing objectives and agency life
Your skills and talents
- Thanks to your client advisory orientation, you are able to understand your interlocutors’ needs, challenges, and doubts. You know how to listen and identify needs in order to propose the best tailor-made solutions.
- You have several years of experience advising on 2nd pillar solutions and managing Enterprise clients
- With a strong affinity for investment solutions and financial products, you are undoubtedly a specialist in your field
- With an excellent spirit of initiative, you demonstrate proactivity daily. You are autonomous and proactive
- Your contribution to the team’s results is a driving force for you
- Your place of residence is within the relevant activity area, you have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in the region
- You are proficient in French and English, both spoken and written; German is a significant advantage
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
