For one of our clients, we are looking for a Professional Indemnity Underwriter (FR / ENG) on a permanent basis between 80% and 100%, based in the canton of Vaud.Professional Indemnity UnderwriterOur client is a key player active in insurance brokerage and pension provision.Responsibilities:- Professional Indemnity underwriting;- Risk analysis;- Reporting tables;- Technical management and insurance portfolio management;- Brokerage & partner interface;- Issuance of insurance policies;- Monitoring of the insurance portfolio;- Reporting & compliance;- Client and Management reporting;- Contribution to office life.Profile:- Degree in insurance (AFA, Federal Diploma or equivalent);- Additional training in risk management or insurance law considered an asset;- Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Professional Indemnity underwriting;- Experience in an MGA or specialized insurance environment highly appreciated;- Knowledge of the Swiss market (particularly liberal professions / SMEs);- Strong interest in corporate insurance lines;- Mastery of Professional Indemnity mechanisms (claims made, retroactivity, exclusions, etc.);- Reading and understanding of contractual wordings (general conditions);- Basic actuarial analysis (claims trends);- Excellent command of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and management tools;- Excellent command of the French language;- Good command of the English language;- Analytical and structured mind;- Rigor and reliability;- Decision-making capacity and sense of responsibility;- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach;- Ease of communication.Benefits:Our client offers a permanent position between 80% and 100% within a growing, dynamic, and innovative work environment. jid7317520aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
