What you will achieve

• Responsibility for product quality in production and packaging
• Leadership and promotion of team members
• Continuous training of employees on process safety, efficiency and quality
• Monitoring production processes regarding capacity, efficiency, quality and hygiene
• Assistance in the entire production area

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Meat specialists or food technologist
• Professional experience: 1-3 years in meat processing
• Leadership experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Good technical understanding (operation of equipment)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP is an advantage
• Independent, efficient working
• German (C1)
