Production Sector Manager 100%For our site in Domdidier, which has over 450 employees, we are looking for a Production Sector Manager 100%.For our largest production department, the Assembly department, we are looking for a leader to strengthen our management team. The department is composed of 4 sectors, each equipped with different technologies.What does the job consist of?- Manage a production sector composed of a team of employees and 20 assembly production means.- Support employees in achieving their objectives and in developing their skills.- Guarantee the functionality and availability of the sector's machines in order to meet production objectives while respecting quality, quantity, and deadlines.- Initiate and lead various sector development projects.- Propose and implement concrete measures to improve productivity.What do we expect from you?- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field, supplemented by continuing education (Federal Diploma, ES Technician, or other).- Confirmed experience in personnel management in an industrial environment.- French speaker with solid knowledge of German or English (B2).- Very good skills in the fields of mechanics, electronics, and automation, ideally supplemented by knowledge of assembly processes.- Solution-oriented personality, flexible, and endowed with a good team spirit.- Leadership with a good ability to unite teams to lead them to action.What do we offer you?- You want to work for a modern, technology-oriented company and market leader?
