Reporting to the Corporate Functions Solutions Division, the Product Owner Microsoft 365 & Copilot will be responsible for the vision, value, and evolution of the Microsoft 365 Workplace solutions (Copilot, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive...).
A true interface between the business units and IT teams, the Product Owner ensures alignment of usage with business challenges, while ensuring sustainable adoption of the Microsoft 365 Copilot AI.
The missions awaiting you:
- Define and carry the vision of Microsoft 365 & Copilot products in line with the company strategy, sponsors, and IT governance
- Build and maintain the product roadmap (prioritisation, arbitration, business value) and manage the product backlog
- Contribute to the governance of solutions and their positioning within the Vaudoise ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders related to solution delivery
- Manage the testing/validation phases of new tools/new features
- Promote the use & best practices of Microsoft 365 & Copilot
- Contribute to the company strategy for the deployment and adoption of AI
- Define and monitor KPIs associated with tools/solutions/usages
- Support users through the changes induced in collaboration with dedicated teams (support, change manager, business referent, training, ...)
Your profile:
- Degree from a University of Applied Sciences or University (Bachelor or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in IT missions/projects, business projects with a strong technological and transformation dimension
- Recognised technical-functional expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, Copilot...)
- Good knowledge of integration with other tools (Jira, Confluence, ...)
- Ability to unite, engage, structure (strong focus on value and user experience)
- Excellent command of agile methodologies, ITIL processes (Certifications PSPO, SAFe, POPM)
- Sensitivity to change management, notably the Prosci methodology (ADKAR) applied in our organisation
- Fluent in French: spoken and written. English proficiency: minimum B2 level. German is a plus
