To strengthen our Pension Product Management service, which offers our clients high-level services in individual pension provision (3rd pillar), we are looking for a Pension Product Manager FR/DE, between 80 and 100%, who will actively contribute to the development, evolution, and performance of our life insurance solutions, in a collaborative and innovation-oriented environment.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Manage the life cycle of pension products, from idea to market launch and their evolution
• Analyse portfolio performance (market, clients, competition) and propose optimisation measures
• Lead product development and evolution projects in collaboration with business, IT, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Contribute to digitalisation initiatives related to products and customer journeys
• Prepare launch, training, and communication materials in connection with internal stakeholders
• Manage product partners

Your profile:

• Proven experience of 5 years in product management and/or project management, in pension or life insurance within the insurance sector
• Fluency in French and German (spoken and written minimum C1) with ideally skills in English.
• Higher education (University of Applied Sciences, university or equivalent) in economics, insurance, finance, management or equivalent
• Good understanding of product issues (market, regulation, pricing, profitability) and ease with transversal environments and tools (such as Design Thinking, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, ...)

You are also analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a team, taking responsibility, and advancing projects in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.
