We are recruiting porter and transporters M/F to support our patients with professionalism and kindness.
Porter and Transporter M/F
To fully succeed in this role and ensure the safety and comfort of our patients, certain conditions are necessary:
- You have completed an AFC or CFC training: this is a real advantage, but above all you are eager to commit yourself.
- You hold a driving licence and enjoy varied tasks and movement.
- You express yourself easily in French, with a sense of contact and listening.
- You are in good physical condition, comfortable with frequent movements and carrying loads, essential for the daily duties of the position.
- You are recognised for your reliability, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- You agree to work daytime hours, according to a schedule defined in advance.
- To ensure a safe and compliant environment, a clean criminal record (less than 3 months old) as well as an up-to-date immunisation certificate will be required.
This position is intended for Swiss citizens or residents in Switzerland, holding a valid B or C permit (mandatory).

- To be an essential actor in the care pathway by ensuring the transport of patients within the establishment, respecting their comfort, safety and dignity.
- To create a relationship of trust with each patient through your listening, kindness and sense of contact, in order to offer them personalised and reassuring support.
- To take charge of the transport of deceased patients with respect and professionalism, rigorously applying the procedures in force.
- To work hand in hand with the nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and coordinated care.
- To ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders in order to contribute to the quality of service and the proper functioning of the establishment.
